I’ve been practicing massage therapy for over a decade, with a focus on fascia, myofascial release, and pain relief for people living with chronic conditions like fibromyalgia. Over time, I’ve come to specialize in working with clients who carry not just physical tension, but also the emotional and nervous system impacts of trauma, grief, and long-term stress.

I offer a gentle, intuitive, and science-informed approach — one that prioritizes your comfort and autonomy. You will never be pressured into treatments that feel too intense or fast for your body. I believe in honoring the wisdom of each client’s nervous system, and in supporting the body’s natural capacity to heal when given the right kind of presence and support.

Outside of my work, I’m a mother, grandmother, and lifelong learner in the healing arts. I'm also certified in health and wellness coaching and I’m completing a bachelor’s degree in exercise science — both of which continue to deepen my understanding of how movement, safety, and care intersect in the healing process.
